Learning Objectives
  • Identify the clinical challenges associated with chronic limb-threatening ischemia (CLTI) and calcified below-the-knee arterial disease 
  • Evaluate current evidence and practical techniques for the use of intravascular lithotripsy (IVL) in BTK interventions, including imaging considerations, vessel access, device selection, and procedural optimization in complex calcium. 
  • Integrate multidisciplinary approaches into the management of CLTI patients, with emphasis on post-revascularization wound care and coordinated longitudinal care pathways.
