Dr. Chatman is a specialist in foot and ankle surgery, holding a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and a Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. He completed his surgical residency at Georgetown University and MedStar Washington Hospital Center, where he refined his expertise in advanced surgical techniques. Following this, he pursued a fellowship in Lower Extremity Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, further establishing his leadership in limb preservation for high-risk foot types. Currently, Dr. Chatman serves as an Associate Professor of Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania, where he also acts as the Podiatric residency liaison.
