Mohammed Dany, MD, PhD, is a Mohs and reconstructive surgeon and cutaneous oncologist serving as Director of Mohs and Dermatologic Surgery at VCU Health. He trained at Harvard Medical School, the University of Pennsylvania, and New York University and specializes in the treatment of complex skin cancers, including melanoma, Merkel cell carcinoma, sebaceous carcinoma, and dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans. His research focuses on integrating molecular biology into skin cancer staging and identifying biomarkers that may predict patient outcomes.
