Dr. Joe Holley is the Medical Director for the State of Tennessee EMS, Memphis, and Shelby County Fire Departments, and oversees several ambulance services in West Tennessee. He is an Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Dr. Holley earned his medical degree from the University of Mississippi and completed his residency at the University Medical Center in Jackson. He has been involved in over 30 disaster response deployments, including Hurricane Katrina and 9/11. Dr. Holley is a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians and serves on the CAPCE Board of Directors.
