Judyth Brown brings a wealth of experience to MOCEANS from a varied career. Judyth holds a Master’s degree in Instructional Design. Ms Brown has 30 years experience in community education, teaching in a variety of public and private settings. She served Planned Parenthood of Central New Jersey as Education and Training Manager for Monmouth and Middlesex counties, creating professional training and community education. Judyth has served her community as an EMT for 14 years.
Her design credits include curricula in Pre-Employment Training, Workplace Health and Safety, EMT Initial Instruction - For the Flipped Classroom and Continuing Education topics. She has three daughters and lives in Ocean county NJ.
Like so many other informal trainers and instructors Judyth was not trained to teach before she landed in a classroom . Our world is full of informal trainers who are given little more than a slide deck and a testing date . Much of our lives are shaped by informal instruction by people who struggle to deliver a great training experience with no support. Judyth’s expertise, hard won after 30 years as a trainer, is practical, results oriented and focused on effectiveness. Her approach creates competence, not just test scores. Trainers need training as do small business owners who are faced with unique challenges. Judyth coaches small business owners in how to get the best from their staff, how to face the challenges of growth and when to make the bold moves that support success.
