Dr. Methodius-Rayford is a fellowship-trained vascular surgeon from Atlanta Medical Center, Atlanta, GA. She obtained her MBA from Auburn University and is certified in vascular ultrasound. Dr. Methodius is also a certified diplomat to the American Board of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine and a certified wound specialist physician (CWSP), as well as a fellow of the American College of Clinical Wound Specialists. She has additional training in hyperbaric medicine and is passionate about vascular health, venous and lymphatic disease, with a focus on complex wound management.

Dr. Methodius is the founder of the Atlanta chapter of Women in Surgery, an elite group of female surgeons and providers. She serves as the Medical Director for Georgia Vascular Specialists Outpatient Wound Care and holds positions in various professional organizations as a key opinion leader and advisory board member for both vascular and wound care organizations. Dr. Methodius has been featured in numerous magazines, including O Magazine, Good Housekeeping, Entrepreneur, and Women's Health.
