Mariel Dunn is the Director of Clinical Services at La Amistad Behavioral Health. A Licensed Mental Health Counselor, she earned her master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Central Florida in 2012. Mariel has been with La Amistad in various roles since 2011, and has owned a private practice since 2013. She specializes in trauma, complex attachment issues, and personality disorders, integrating DBT, CBT, and other interventions. Additionally, Mariel supervises counseling interns and offers clinical consultations. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, audiobooks, and spending time with her husband, daughters, and goldendoodle.
