Kieron Dunleavy is Director of Hematologic Malignancies at Lombardi Cancer Center and Professor of Medicine at Georgetown University. He is a medical oncologist who completed fellowships in Dublin, Ireland and subsequently at the National Cancer Institute (NCI), Bethesda, Maryland. Dr. Dunleavy is an expert in lymphoid malignancies, and his work has focused on the biology and treatment of lymphoid diseases. His interests include aggressive lymphomas including primary mediastinal and high-grade lymphomas as well as viral/microbial associated lymphoid diseases and he has published extensively in these areas. He is currently the principal investigator on several lymphoma studies and serves on the ECOG lymphoma committee and on the scientific advisory board of the Lymphoma Research Foundation.
