Justin Harrison has more than 17 years of experience in emergency medical services, serving as a paramedic and healthcare leader in a variety of clinical and administrative roles. He currently serves as Assistant Chief of New Castle EMS and is President of the Indiana Pre-Hospital Blood Coalition, where he leads statewide efforts to expand access to prehospital blood transfusion programs and improve outcomes for patients experiencing hemorrhagic shock.
