Carrie Frame, DPM, FACFAS, ABPM, CWSP is a triple board-certified foot and ankle surgeon and wound specialist with 16 years of experience. She currently is the owner and founder of The Wound Institute and West Virgina Foot & Ankle, based in Charleston, WV. After finishing her Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from Des Moines University in Des Moines, IA, she completed her postgraduate Surgery Residency at the University of Florida and Shands in Jacksonville. Dr. Frame is affiliated with Charleston Surgical Hospital, Saint Francis Hospital, and CAMC. She has presented at postgraduate research symposiums, is devoted to on-going professional development, and has served as the West Virginia State President of WPMA for two terms.
